Why is this better than mixing commercial Sriracha with mayo?
Well, I am glad you asked! We actually cold-infuse all our oils with the spices, and this is our re-making of the Sriracha chili sauce (Commonly seen on the market as Cock Sauce, but without all the added chemicals!). We get a highly concentrated pure oil, and then strain and turn into mayo! That means you have perfectly smooth, velvety mayonnaise that TASTES just like Sriracha, with no grittiness or chunks!
