This pack features the first three flavors that we went live with in Brooklyn in 2011. We love how it feels so right to have Spanish, Chinese and Indian flavors all be included in a mix representing our home town.
We are not going to suggest mixing them together on your French Fries, but it will happen. It will.

Founded in 2011 by chef Sam Mason and designer Elizabeth Valleau, Empire Mayonnaise creates mayonnaise with exotic flavors and formulations. We use non-gmo oil and local, pasture-raised eggs always, and local/seasonal flavors whenever possible. But our primary goal is to make the best tasting and most interesting mayonnaise possible...so we do source delicious ingredients from all over the world too. :)
We have a store at 564 Vanderbilt Ave. in Brooklyn, NY and we exhibit at various locations in the five boroughs as well as selling online. Our primary business is wholesale, so if you have a store and are interested in carrying Empire Mayonnaise, please email us!
We do a lot of short run flavors and they sell out quickly, so the best way to keep up is to follow us on twitter, we post our new flavors there first.
