First you'll see the beautiful golden color. Then you'll smell the fenugreek, turmeric and nutmeg. A big hit of citrus greets your palate, then the warmth of cumin and fresh curry leaves. The real treat is the quiet burn of red pepper on the end. This is one of our all-time faves.
Toss it in a bowl with some chicken or tofu, pine nuts and golden raisins for a perfect salad. Or just dunk your pretzels in it. That's what we do.
