This one was a no-brainer, so we took extra care to find a bacon that delivered the right balance of sweetness, smokiness and rich bacon love. We have a hard time not eating this straight out of the jar.
We use a beautiful heritage pork bacon for this - applewood smoked, Antibiotic-Free, Vegetarian-Fed and Family Farm Raise. Oink!
Use as you would bacon, on egg sandwiches, burgers, salads, baked potatoes, gah... the fries.
Try our signature "Skinny" BLT - Lettuce, Tomato and Bacon Mayonnaise. Gorgeous.
